"HIGH IMPACT TRAINING PROGRAM" - Advanced level
Full time Program:
- 5.5 hours of tennis training daily ( training program can vary )
- Individualised attention
- Sports pyschology, individual testing and enhancement
- Fitness, conditioning and agility
- High intensity drills / Hitting
- Match preparation and play
- Sports Nutrition / Diet controlling
- Sports vision
- Preparation for professional play
Individualised Program:
- Program designed to meet all aspects of the individual's game both on and off court
- Nutrition, Sports psychology, Strength and conditioning
- One-on one training with Nalin, Hitting partner.
Professional tennis Coaching:
- Intensive technique and tactical training
- Recognition and improvement of strengths/weakness
- Education of "self correction" and "self motivation"
- Special drills designed for better concentration and decision making
- Practicing playing patterns against different opponents/game/situations
- Sparring matches
- tennis specific fitness training
Preparation for tournaments:
a) On-court: tactical training, adjusting to different playing environments, appropriate tennis fitness
b) Off-court: "tennis talk" between player and coach on strategy, attitude, emotions, respect, competition
Match analysis:
Personal statistical analysis of your tennis match - a necessary aid in improving on-court performance; recognition of your actual " Present form" and a potential pathway toward your optimal " Future form".
Psychological Training:
Goal - To achieve a state of mind that will maximize high performance.
tips for maintaining a positive attitude; emotional stability; managing on-court / off-court stress; for being a better competitor; improving concentration; making right decisions.
In the program includes: personal assessment, goal setting, regular training check ups and cross training.
